Terms of Service
The terms that apply to our virtual staging services.
Our Services
Stagehaven Studio provides virtual staging and related digital image services, such as virtual decluttering and additional design styles, for real estate agents, homeowners, and sellers. Virtually staged images are digital illustrations and should be presented as virtually staged where required.
Quotes & Approval
Submitting a quote request does not create an obligation for either party. We review each request and send a personalized quote. Work begins only after you approve the quote.
Pricing & Upfront Payment
Pricing is listed on our Services page and confirmed in your quote. Some projects, such as extensive decluttering or complex furniture removal, may require a custom quote. Full payment is due upfront, after quote approval and before work begins. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel before work on your project has started, you may request a refund of your payment. Once work has begun, payments are not refundable.
Revisions
One round of minor revisions is included with each virtual staging order. Additional design concepts, major redesigns, or extensive changes may require an additional fee, which we disclose to you before the work proceeds.
Delivery
Completed images are delivered digitally, by email or secure download link. Any timing discussed is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Your Photos & Permissions
By uploading photos, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them and to have them edited. You keep ownership of your original photos. We do not use your photos or staged images in our portfolio or marketing without your permission.
Preserving Permanent Features
It is Stagehaven Studio's business policy to preserve the original permanent features of each property. We digitally modify only movable furniture and decor, and we do not alter permanent features such as walls, flooring, windows, doors, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, ceilings, or outdoor landscaping.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
