We also collect the property photos and any inspiration images you choose to upload.

We use your information to review your project, prepare and send your quote, communicate with you, process payment, and create and deliver your virtually staged images.

We do not sell your personal information.

Property Photos

Uploaded photos are used to provide the services you request. Your photos are not displayed in our portfolio or marketing unless you give us permission to do so.

Private Storage & Security

Quote requests and uploaded photos are kept in private, access-restricted storage. They are not publicly accessible and can be viewed only by authorized Stagehaven Studio personnel. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of online storage or transmission is completely secure.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered with and handled by Stripe and are not stored on our website. Stripe's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Email Communications

We email you about your quote and project. You may contact us at any time to ask questions about the messages you receive.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information and photos you have provided, subject to any records we need to keep for business or legal purposes.
